Owner Steve Da Cruz and manager Nich Box deliver an innovative bar program and a well thought out wine list with a deft touch and thoughtful service. The Parker is seeking a bartending server with five years experience who is comfortable in all areas of service, expedition, and wine pairing. ABOUT THE PARKER
The Parker generates less than one pound of waste in a month and has become a sexy destination for the discerning diner. Two seats at the bar will deliver a ringside view of Curtis Luk delivering his innovative menu whilst Steve delivers dynamite cocktails and expounds on his wine program based on the Columbia Watershed Basin. Open for Dinner only, the little room seeks to accommodate all dietary restrictions with aplomb.
The Parker serves Dinner Tuesday through Saturday starting at 5PM, Reservations and walk-ins are both welcome. Reservations recommended and can be made via theparkervancouver.com or by calling 604 779 3804.
